Does the thought of employee reviews make you cringe? Are you at a loss on how to begin implementing an effective employee benchmarking program? Whether you are starting from scratch, revising a current program or would like to see how your association review process measures up, CSAE invites you to join us at as we dive into employment and human resource issues. Learn about current employee review methods and different benchmarking options and take away new models and samples to implement at your association.

Share Your Experience

If you have samples of employee review models, benchmarks, or methodology that you would be willing to share with other associations on CSAE's website, please bring them to the luncheon or send them to jt@csae.org. Everyone who submits a sample will be entered in a special drawing.
