An Exhausted Chamber President's Journey Toward Clarity and Sanity Through Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is a necessary evil for all organizations, but when you are member based it is that much more difficult to manage the diverse perspectives. This session will do a deep dive on the strategy behind the strategy including feedback gathering, documentation and communication. Attendees will walk away with a new perspective on planning and tools to help your process be more efficient.

President, Arvada Chamber of Commerce

Having worked in the Chamber sector for nearly 10 years Kami has developed a passion for community and business growth. Kami believes in being a strategic problem solver and works to develop unique and innovative ways to support the business community. Kami graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Public Relations and Communications and has worked in the non-profit sector, real estate and public relations. Kami is passionate about supporting non-profit organizations that focus on children, education, homelessness and domestic violence.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made to email at jt@csae.org 2 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions of registrations are permitted. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
