LAUGH IT FORWARD
How to Turn a Moment into Momentum™

Featuring
Karyn Ruth White

We all need to keep positive momentum going in our lives or we will stagnate, or worse yet, give in to despair. Award-winning Humorist and TED Presenter, Karyn Ruth White believes that heart-centered humor and laughter are magical tools for energizing success. Her motto is “Let’s build on the good stuff.”

Forward-thinking professionals know that people who enjoy their work and where they do it, get ALOT more done. Laughter-rich workplaces are hands-down more productive and research has proven that being able to laugh at work is a great employee (and member) retention tool.  Listed as one of the five reasons that people stay with a company (even before salary) is a respectful and fun work environment.

In this hilarious and high-energy program, Karyn Ruth White returns to CSAE to share some tips and tricks to help us remember how to Laugh It Forward™, especially during the holiday season.  We will have fun learning some quick fixes for getting over the rough spots in our day and getting ourselves and our teams (or our members) back on a positive track.

Karyn Ruth White is a TED Presenter and a very funny Keynote Presenter who travels nationally energizing Conferences and Conventions.  She is a First Place National Winner of The Jeanne Robertson “Comedy with Class” Competition and the CEO of Denver-based, Laugh and Learn Productions, LLC, an enterprise helping people stress less and work well. She also enjoys Coaching high-profile professionals to help them shine on the public stage. Visit her at www.karynruth.com, on LinkedIn or on Twitter @karynruth.
