Plan to Recovery
Bob Harris, CAE
Recent trying times have left many associations with questions about how to manage in the present crisis and plan for the future. Membership waivers, volunteer willingness to serve, membership value and financial sustainability are a few of what associations face.
Associations are resilient. They have the tools, experience and stamina to transform challenges to opportunities.
Join us for a discussion with Bob Harris, CAE, who will walk through a guide that considers every aspect of sustainability for your association and members from relaxing governing documents to rewriting budgets, from reformatting conferences to becoming partners with associates who need our help.
