Tea Time With Your Peers
Adjusting to the Coronavirus Environment
An afternoon video discussion with your CSAE colleagues
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Wednesday, March 25, 2020, At Your Computer
Working from Home
Temporarily closing the office, changing the home into a work space.
It’s a new experience for many with lots of questions.
- How do I manage my staff?
- How do I work with my team?
- What are my technology requirements?
- How do I equip my home office and also take ergonomics into consideration?
- How do I deal with the isolation, the disconnect from other staff, the easy access to the fridge, the distractions?
Join in the conversation. Share your experiences.
Ask your questions. Feel more confident.
Three CSAE members will be on hand to help us out:
Marilee Yorchak, CAE, Executive Director Digital Analytics Association, and Michael Brandt, CBC, President, Marketing Resources Ltd., who have 30 years experience in the home office environment, as well as Bryan Cook, Chapter Operations Director for Associated General Contractors of Colorado who is just facing his first time working from home.
They’ll briefly kick off the discussion, then turn it over to you to share your experiences, ask your questions,
learn what others are doing the solve the problem.
