CSAE’s Annual Conference focuses on creating connections that help you build and elevate all the possibilities for your association, business, organization – and personal and professional growth. This is CSAE’s largest event of the year, spanning three days of opportunities to be immersed in association possibilities.

The connections you make may be with people or ideas that spark new concept; they may be for your staff who meet colleagues from other associations; they may be in a new approach or style or concept that helps you build your organization’s success.  Or, the connection may be something someone says in a keynote or workshop that “connects the dots” with a new opportunity or solution.

Hotel Accommodations
The Hilton Fort Collins is offering a special CSAE discount from June 2, 2024 through June 8, 2024 at just an average of $169 (plus taxes and parking).  Register directly here to take advantage of the CSAE discount.  Please note that the discounted room rates and registration must be confirmed no later than May 17, 2024.

Conference Schedule, Speakers and More
The 2024 Annual Conference Planning Committee Chaired by Michael Hoehn, COO of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer and Leslie Milne, ConferenceDirect is underway and we are so excited about all of their planning.  We begin with a number of social activities in the early afternoon of Wednesday, June 5; the Opening Session begins at 4 pm, followed by the Opening Reception, hosted by the Hilton Hotel.  Details will be published throughout the next few months!

Notes: Registration for the Conference includes meals, breaks, education and CAE or CMP credits for the days registered.  For those who register for the full conference, this includes the special Opening Reception hosted by the Hilton Fort Collins.  Please be sure to secure your hotel rooms directly with the Hilton Hotel.  Special CSAE Conference discount ends May 17, 2024, so book your hotel stay right away!

The Fine Print

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 31, 2024. A refund of the registrant conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests emailed or postmarked on or after May 31, 2024. Submit all requests to CSAE via email to shawk@csae.org. CSAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant and if the substitute attendee is not a member but replacing a member, the additional registration for non-members will be invoiced. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited out of respect for all other attendees.  Thanks for registering the the 2024 CSAE Annual Conference.
