• The January CEO Roundtable will provide a roundtable experience for CEOs/Executive Directors (EDs) of associations focused on governance issues related to board of directors/board of trustee relationships, bylaws considerations, policy implications, board succession planning, and relationship management of same. 
• Key in these deliberations, the co-hosts will describe their lived experiences in a case study approach to elicit feedback from fellow colleagues in an “all teach, all learn” format.

About Our Facilitators
Tyrone Adams, CAE, RAE is the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado Association of Realtors.  The Colorado Association of REALTORS® is the state’s largest professional, voluntary, non-profit, real estate trade association that is dedicated to serving more than 30,000 REALTOR® members across the state. These agents are also members of 30 local associations statewide and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Tyrone has worked at CAR in various positions for more than 28 years and is also a past Board President and Treasurer of CSAE.  In June of 2023, he also received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from CSAE for his years of service on behalf of the association industry across Colorado and the United States.  His reputation has earned him several honors and awards, and he serves on numerous boards and committees throughout the country.

Teresa Fraker, FACHE, RN, CPHQ, CBN serves as the Executive Director of the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA), a Centennial-based healthcare association whose over 5,000 members represent the largest organization of clinicians dedicated to preventing, treating, and reversing the disease of obesity.  Teresa has spent 30+ years of her career in healthcare starting as a direct RN caregiver, to hospital administrator, to various association leadership roles.
